Bus Information

Use this form to sign-up for a seat on the Bus!

The bus is basically full! We are collecting names for a waiting list until February 5th. If you have requested your seat but not paid, we need your payment by 11:59pm Sunday Feb 2nd to confirm the seat.

Tickets cost $55 per seat and are roundtrip only.

Completion of this form alone does not confirm your seat. Once submitted and payment received, our Bus Coordinator will reach out to you at the email you provide with ticket confirmation, return schedule and more information.

Feb 14th – Pick up schedule will be as follows:

Stop 1: Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal Arrivals, pickup at 8:45am, departure by 9:00am (depending on ferry arrival)

Stop 2: Big Bend Shopping Center, pick up at 9:45am, departure by 10:00am

Stop 3: Cineplex Cinemas Langley, pick up at 10:45am, departure by 11:00am

Stop 4: Rovent!! ( you have arrived at camp!)

Be on time, the bus will not wait for you!

Feb 17th – Drop off schedule:

Departure: Leave camp at around 1045am – after closing, all bags to be assembled before closing.

Stop 1: Cineplex Cinemas Langley, Around 1230-1245, Leave Cineplex by 1pm

Stop 2: Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal, Arrive around 2:00-2:15 pm, Leave by 230pm

-This allows groups to meet the 3pm and 315pm ferry departures.

Stop 3: Big Bend Shopping Center – Arrive approximately 3pm.

No refunds will be issued after Jan 24th. You may arrange to transfer your ticket(s). If you do so, please contact the Bus Coordinator at bus@rovent.ca, so we can update our passenger list.

Stop Location – Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal –

Feb 14th – Pickup

Arrive no later than 8:45am (depart 9:00am)

This allows us to meet the 7am ferry from Swartz Bay and the 515am ferry from Duke Point (Sorry)

Feb 17th – Drop off

Arrival around 2:00 pm
